Yellow tinted overlay on screen

Never mind... I Googled it, and wound up changing the screen refresh 
rate from 50 hz to 51 hz as an experiment after reading someone say they 
changed their video resolution to get rid of the problem, and now the 
annoying yellow overlay is gone.
