If you need to recover a password from windows then try this solution:
http://home.eunet.no/~pnordahl/ntpasswd/
I have used it for recovering client windows pc.  This bootable disk
allows you to zero the password of users on your nt builds, to include
vista.  Best of all its a linux based solution ;).  Hope it helps.
