Consider removing vim-tiny from Ubuntu in the future

It is not broken. It cannot be since there is no vi in Ubuntu. What you 
have is a vi clone, vim.


You can also forget about removing vim-tiny because it provides for 
POSIX conformance of vi. Unless you want nvi instead of vim.
