NOOB: webDAV connect error

I am using Ubuntu and the Nautilus browser (its default).  I have a 
webDAV account at my ISP.  The problem exists on four machines: one 
running 8.10, the other three are 9.04.

When accessing the webDAV account, I receive the error message:

     HTTP Error: Moved Temporarily
     please select another viewer and try again.

I've been unable to resolve this on my own.  I suspect it's because I'm 
not using the correct search terms because it sounds like this is a 
standard HTTP error.  Anyway, I've been trying to figure it out for a 
month without success, so I figured it's time to holler for help.
