Can't play DVD

Hello, I have tested this in both Gnome and KDE 3. The disk will not
play and has an error of libdvdcss not there but that is false. It is
there. Also if the disk is in the dvd player when I start kde or gnome
then it will play but if I pop it out and put it back in then it has
the css error again. This seems to have started when I replaced my
broken DVD player with a new one.
Thanks for the help!
