Two router network

Here is my current network setup:

Cable Modem>Dlink Router (192.168.0.1 255.255.255.0)>Belkin Router
(192.168.2.1 255.255.255.0).

Both routers are wired and wireless.

I have two computers wired to the Belkin Router and two computers
connected to the Dlink via wireless connection.

I have a DMZ setup on the Belkin router pointing to one of the computers
that I want to use as a file server (192.168.2.2).  When I want to ssh
into that computer from a computer on the Dlink router, I use the
address 192.168.0.4 and it gets me there.

My problem is that I cannot "see" the computers connected to the Belkin
router with smb, even though I can connect to it via ssh.
