	I found the place it added the -- and unchecked it so mutt users can
get it free to reply to without manual removal. Let me know if it is fixed.

	No worse. It is in California now but they are talking about moving to NYC.

	Tell me how to turn off the signature. If not I will poke around  and
see if I can find the right panel.
