Automated Ubuntu WebServer Network Backup

I'm going to be getting 12 or so computers (PIIIs or higher) running
Ubuntu 8.10 with LAMP. One of these computers is going to be stocked
with four large-ish hard drives. How can I set up the servers to
automatically back up the /www (or whatever folder the files are
hosted in) onto the hard drives of that computer?
