Display totally gone. I cannot see anything

Hello again

when trying to fix my previous problem I manage to totally loose the screen.

i cannot see anyting at all.

I have on the hard disk some files ( pictures ) I would like to recover.

can any one tell me how can I get access to the hard drive to backup those
files


or any help to get the screen back.
