If you want to do the *same* things on multiple servers, cluster SSH is
probably what you need. Google for "cluster ssh".
If you just want to open a bunch of ssh windows, a simple script will do
the trick.
For security, I would strongly recommend that you do NOT make it
completely automatic. At very least you should need to enter your
password for sudo or enter a passphrase for your ssh key. Otherwise
anyone who turns on your computer has automatic access to every other
computer you manage. Most places I've worked, doing that would be a
career-ending move if anyone found out.
