moving evolution contacts to new version

My old computer died. I now have a new one. I have a backup of my old
one, including a directory called ".evolution".

I copied the .evolution directory over, started Evolution, and was
delighted to see all my old mailboxes and so on. I did NOT get the old
accounts and had to recreate them.

Unfortunately, the new Evolution only knows about my "Personal"
addressbook. All the other address books are missing. However, I have a
bunch of files that seem to contain all my other contacts (see below).
The "Personal" contacts seem to be in the files in the system
subdirectory.

Any ideas on how to make the other contacts visible to Evolution?
