Help to install TV Viewer

Hi,

I am new to Ubuntu. Can anybody help to install TV viewer. I have Pinnacle
110i system, with Philips semiconductor.. saa7131/saa7133/saa7135, which is
recognized by the Ubuntu kernel(2.6.22.14 generic). However after installing
TV viewer, I get only flashing window but not able to configure. Is the card
not recognized. Pl. help to install properly.

 I could see help for saa7134, but not this version of drivers.
