Problems using live CD on new machine

I found www.nu2.nu/pebuilder/ which shows how to create a live CD that
gives a preinstallation environment for XP. I created and tested it on
my wife's PC.  It failed to work on mine.

I have also tried removing all the unnecesary cards and booting with
one HD and the CDR, but that didn't work.

So, it's going to have to go back to the manufacturer.
