Online connection turtle-slow

add this to the very bottom of the page:

save the file and reboot; problem solved.

Interesting...

The actual command should be:

 gksu gedit /etc/sysctl.conf

Note: I've not tried it as I don't want to reboot on this machine for
awhile. I'll try it on another in a while.
