Um - I don't think a EULA is legally binding, and even if it were I
think reinstalling the OEM CD on the *same hardware* that was shipped
with the CD - even in a VM - is not really a breach.  Debatable of
course, but I wouldn't sweat it too much.  IANAL and all that... ;)
