Flash is native 64-bit now. The flashplugin-nonfree package provides
Adobe's Flash plugin. Java is available too. I use OpenJDK
(openjdk-6-jre for Java, icedtea6-plugin for the browser plugin) which
is fully compatible with Java specifications. Basically, if it runs on
Sun Java, it should run on OpenJDK!

Video drivers depends on your card. I have a nVidia card, and the
drivers work great. It's been almost no hassle at all for me (except I
still can't get the system to autodetect when I plug in an external
monitor).
