No 64-bit has flash. Using nspluginwrapper, but I understand a full
64-bit client is in the works (in beta maybe) from Adobe.
Java works in 64-bit. I use it all the time.
Depends on the video card I suppose and what you want to do with it.
ATI drivers are getting better, but the OSS radeon driver works just as
well.
Is what more of a hassle than it's worth?
KDE4 is extremely stable on every distro I've used it on and 4.2 RCs are
even better. Obviously the 4.2 does have some minor issues, but it's
much improved over even 4.1
