Problem starting Firefox session

It's probably a lock file in your firefox configuration directory. 
You need to remove this lock file.

The lock file will *probably* be in your home directory and is
something like:-

    ~/.mozilla/firefox/abcxyz.default/lock

(that abcxyz is actually a random name, it won't actually be abcxyz)

If (from the command line) you do:-

    find ~/.mozilla -name lock

it should return the full path to the lock file.  Just remove it and
all should be well.
