Dear Shali
That's a pretty big question, which leads to a lot more questions
about what exactly you want to do, and how you think you should get
there. Words like 'effect the whole client system' and 'control'
don't help us understand very well.
It seems like you want a specific answer to a general question - which
no one can do really.
I'm guessing here because of the subject line you are more familiar
with Windows - if you are trying for a linux equivalent to a domain
controller then you probably want to start with something like the
OpenLDAP project - http://www.openldap.org/
Further questions about that or related topics like Kerberos will
likely get better answers either on those projects mailing lists, or
the ubuntu-server mailing list, which tends to do those kinds of
things more often.
Hopefully this gets you going in the right direction - post more (with
details please!) if not.
