Finding executable files

Attention: it's apt-file which gives correct answers. apt-cache
gives nothing.
All I need is to know in what package is the executable file
gnuclient.xemacs21, in order to install it.
If I get as extra information that this package also provides the man
page, what is the problem?

you said that the present version of wajig (Intrepid) is buggy. I tested
that the previous one(Hardy) has the same problem.
