Starting a new thread with no information isn't going to help. Stick
with your "Window/Ubuntu crash" thread and provide some details so that
someone can try to help you.

Turn the statement around and tell us what you'd expect were someone
called or emailed you with the exact same statement. What would your
first questions be to that person?
