Derek, I agree with you 100%.
For anyone who is still fighting this: regardless of the technical issues (what
is possible with available software) and what is polite/rude, simple human
behavior thing: we each do what we want. If you need someone else's help, you
better not make it hard for them. In the end, if they don't want to help you,
they wont.
