I have 8GB installed in my machine. It sees it on boot and post shows 8192. I
have the 64bit kernel installed but ubuntu only recognizes 3.2GB.

total used free shared buffers cached
Mem: 3347076 1517968 1829108 0 25616 549916

uname -a
Linux takiyok 2.6.27-11-generic #1 SMP Thu Jan 29 19:28:32 UTC 2009 x86_64

System > Administer > System Monitor
Also reports:
Release 8.10 (intrepid)
Kernel Linux 2.6.27-11-generic

Memory: 3.2 GiB

Any help to enable the full 8gb would be appreciated
