Hi Bas,

Sorry, but I really could not find the second option to set the locale,
you were talking about. ( It took me an other hour!)

So I followed the path Fajar explained, to add some locales in  the
environment file.

Anyway, I can't imagine this is the normal way of Ubuntu to select
regional locales!
