reduce

Hola!

I just encountered the good news that the REDUCE computer algebra system
have been
open-sourced, see     http://reduce-algebra.sourceforge.net/
I downloaded the system, with subversion   (svn),   (never used subversion
earlier)
using instructions on that site. However, ./configure'ing and make'ing,
seeminly without problems, I am not able to run it!

writing
./bin/reduce

nothing happens, not even an error!

Any ideas?
