Network Monitoring

Hello all,

I want to monitor Network traffic on each and every systems on my
network of around 60 Desktops having Ubuntu 8.04.
monitoring may be centralized, I want to know  how much  they do
downloads and from which sites.
or sizes of data exchange and from which sites.
