It’s libcupsys2 that needs to be installed from this link
http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/c/cups/libcupsys2_1.3.9-2ubuntu9.3_all.deb

It’s a transitional package, apparently.  I assume it points to libcups2  
for packages that still use libcupsys2.
You might have to do sudo apt-get -f install to remove the broken package  
before you install it.
