installing MP -190

Same error message, to wit libcups2 not installed.  Yet

sudo apt-get install libcups2

Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
libcups2 is already the newest version.

Libcups2 shows up as installed in synaptics.
