OK, when you say the 'Windows frames were lost', are you talking about
the frames within the panel when you have multiple windows open? Or are
you talking about the "Windows Decorations" - the frames around an
individual window such as when you open the terminal etc? The latter
meaning that when you open a terminal
(Applications|Accessories|Terminal) and it's missing the
'File/Edit/View/Terminal/Help' bits and the border around the Terminal
window.
Please clarify. If it is the latter, then try turning off any Visual
Effects: System|Preferences|Appearance|Visual Effects - set to 'None'
and let us know result is when you open the Terminal window.
