I understand that this is a theoretical example. If you want to suggest a
better logo, you can create a feature request in Launchpad. Because an
ugly logo is not a flaw, it "works", it is just something that can be
improved.
(It would be more efficient to join the team that creates the Ubuntu
artwork.)

Feature request = works as designed, but can be improved
bug report = does not work as designed

So apart from the distinction between bug and feature, you are right.
