Magical email headers. Your email contained the following header:

References: <200912141545.37815.peter at humphrey.ukfsn.org>	
<4B271760.7020306 at comcast.net> <4B278FFE.8050407 at gmail.com>

It refers to the message ids of the email you replied to (and the emails that 
were previously replied to):

Message-ID: <4B278FFE.8050407 at gmail.com>
