So I'm unclear... did the upgraded gdm work for you or not?
Not there yet. Installed the upgrade on one. Took my nap. Answering your emails. Next reboot into partition with gdm purged. Install gdm. Then check both partitions and see if low res issue is still gone. Oh. look what you made me do now. Forgot to use SM Mail to reply. dang it._:)(
