how to create a .torrent file

Ok, this morning I changed a bit of text on the html file in the 
kompozer_video folder, and I made a new .torrent file now with 5 trackers 
(I know I should not have done that, sorry).

I wonder, if it is possible for only one persion (me), thats 1 peer only, 
to download the torrent, even if it takes a long time.

Must there be more than one peer at a time?

I know that's not the idea with bittorrent, but then I at least could 
check if my .torrent was okay and working?

I wonder if I am missing something? :-)
