Well, it's kind of hard to give you any help without knowing your
system, at least we need to know what kind of graphic adapter and
sound card you are using, luckily there's a good way to know that:
Open a command line and type this command (u can copy paste if u
want), the "sudo lshw" is an order to create a list of all the
hardware your system is using (sound, graphic, network adapter, etc),
the "-html>myhardware" is to "pipe" that list to an html file called
myhardware on your personal folder.
sudo lshw -html > myhardware
Once you do this, u can go to your personal folder and copy and paste
the info about the hardware that it's not working properly in your
system, thus we can help you more accurately.
