The interface is configured for static ip inside the LAN
192.168.1.101
255.255.255.0
192.168.1.1

with dns entries from my ISP

There are no other interfaces. ifconfig shows
eth0 and lo

It was working fine until the updates applied this afternoon (46 pkgs)
