Well of course any changes to the system have to be agree by the owner
of the machine, and done by them (unless the OP has root access
themselves...). Thats just obvious so I didn't explicitly state it ...
I was just asking if it was technically possible to set the machine up
in this way or not, not if the owner would or would not allow it.
