Writing in all caps is poor net etiquette, harder to read and makes it
less likely that you'll get the help that you need as some people will
just skip over the message. Using the excuse that it's to differentiate
from previous messages doesn't fly either as most modern stand-alone
email programs and web-mail interfaces already do that automatically.
The most common being that the quoted text is indented and each quoted
line is preceded with a greater-than sign (>). You need to learn the
capabilities of the tools available to you, as well as how to use them
and you'll find that it makes the task at hand so much easier.
