Advice to upgrade graphics card

Seconded. While ATI cards are cheaper, and may seem like a good deal,
nVidia is really the way to go if you plan on doing anything 3D on your
computer.

Just be aware...since you have an AGP graphics slot, you may have
difficulties finding a new graphics card. Make sure that the one you buy
is an AGP slot card, not a PCIe card (if you have a free PCI slot, you
might be able to get a regular PCI card, but the performance will be
worse).
