nvidia graphics drivers / dual monitors question

Hi, does anyone on here know or a update planned for nvidia drivers for 
dual monitors/cards on Ubuntu..
I'm tired of being in vista now i have my second screen.. Best i could 
get was two X screens.and the other screen does nothing. I was hoping of 
having Compiz running.. I know some people (masterminds) can get their 
Xorg.conf set-up right.
