Kubuntu 9.04 Woes

OK I switched to plain text mail - I hope this is better...

It was my Default...

Anyway, I am fighting this Bluetooth problem. I cannot send files to
my Nokia E71 Smart Phone. I used to have a sub-menu called Actions and
under that 'Send via Bluetooth' while right-clicking a file...

I thought it might have happened due to upgrading. Should I do a clean
install or is this a Kbluetooth4 bug?
