Should I buy a new graphics card or a new computer?

Hello NoOp

Thanks for this hint.

But I did this already several times.

After the first monitor was running in its native resolution, I run this 
two commands from the first tty (CTRL-ALT-F1) and didn't get any updates :-(

Then, back to X (CTRL-ALT-F7) and the "Hardware Drivers" Wizard/Tool 
can't still see any proprietary drivers :-(

Maybe I messed up everything with uninstalling all the nvidia stuff and 
then reinstalling again?

......Looks like the sun is down now and I have to get some sleep.

Maybe tomorrow, it looks different......
