Problem with the Hardy updates?

Just checking - Is this machine still running Hardy ?

If it is, then either

a) Insert the requested disc (the hardy installation CD) or
b) edit /etc/apt/sources.list )I think thats the right path, I don't 
have ubuntu in front of me at the moment so going from memory here) and 
comment out the lines referring the the CD (at the top I think). This 
will force apt to download all packages from the net (This is what I 
normally do).

If it isn't running hardy, then you apt sources are messed up ...
