migration tool after ubuntu install

Hi

The windows xp to ubuntu migration tool could not find a valid account on 
windows during ubiquity install. This was probably due to the fact that I 
resized the partition before running install. After ubuntu had installed I 
logged into windows which had to scan its disk before it would work again. So 
now I have ubuntu installed without my settings migrated. Is it possible to do 
this migration post-install?
