The CD ran fine and seemed to install OK. But upon trying to boot into
Ubuntu it seemed slow and distorted and none of the menus seemed to work for
anything.
Laptop? I'm not THAT rich. It's just a desktop jobby that I have.
Regardless, I had to revert back to Windoze - for now - to save myself
headaches.
Yes that's an oxymoron of sorts. Windoze will give anyone headaches. But at
least it's familiar.
