So which is it?  You can't have _both_ (well, you can, but then you should
have said so :-) ).

The way to tell is not to ask about a model name - the fact that this page
lists two different USB ids for the same model proves that they're not
really the same.  Do "lsusb" and find the "ID" associated with the webcam,
then google for that ID and "Ubuntu".  That's usually all you need.
