Update information out of sync

A triangle icon with a ! in it just popped up saying
"The update information is outdated. This may be caused by network 
problems. Please update manually by clicking this icon and then 
selecting 'Check."

I did, it did, I am up to date - so I have to assume this is on Ubuntus 
side?
