Jaunty still in Beta?

Jaunty was to be released today.  When I being the upgrade from Intrepid,
the download window says Welcome to the

Ubuntu 'Jaunty Jackalope' development release =

This is still a release candidate.
Do not install it on production machines.
***

So that means the official release is still not  available?
