    Too the point, you seem to say the distance away from the computer 
that the Bluetooth can be used is farther when using windows than when 
you use Jaunty. Can you explain how much shorter the range is with Jaunty?

    It appears that Bluetooth is working on Jaunty and that means the 
kernel has the proper driver and that should be all it takes. So please 
tell us how big a problem it is.
