2. 300 GB might be on a hard drive that is not formated.
3. How big is Ubuntu? This makes no sense. A new Jaunty Beta install
was 2.1 GB in a 5 GB partition.
4. There might be more than 1 hard drives.
5. This person was asked to do the right things to understand what
was there. None of the suggestions were reported on.
Summary: This person may not be smart enough to solve this problem.
