I believe Rythmbox will share libraries. It certainly will show
libraries shared on the LAN.
iTunes on the XP machines will share their libraries.
You might also want to consider mt-daapd to share out libraries on the
linux boxes.
That way they don't have to be signed in to be sharing their music,
and can use the player of their choice.
I ran a central server with mt-daapd on it here in the office for a
couple of years until I ran out of disc space for it, and was very
happy with it.
